To quarantine new kitten from other pets for a minimum of 2 weeks & to make the transition into new home as stress free as possible.
Any violation in the terms of this contract will void the contract and can result in legal action. If purchaser is in violation of ANY of the terms in this contract said cat/kitten will be surrendered back to the breeder at no cost to the breeder. Any legal action which may arise will be brought to Austin Texas, USA and purchaser will be liable for all court costs attorney fees and related charges.

Purchaser Agrees :
To quarantine new kitten from other pets for a minimum of 2 weeks & to make the transition into new home as stress free as possible.
- That deposits are non-refundable & is the only thing that holds the kitten of choice until kitten is 12 weeks of age. Failure to pick up kitten by 12 weeks of age or otherwise agreed upon date the kitten will be sold to someone else with no refund of deposit.
- To take said cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian for ALL illness, injury, checkups, and dentals visits for the life time of the kitten at the financial responsibility of the Purchaser.
- Take said cat/kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours to ensure kitten is healthy. During this exam purchaser agrees to have combo testing done for FIV/leukemia. Failing to do so will be a breach in this contract resulting in termination of the Breeder’s guarantee. If upon examination Cat/kitten is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness it is required that the Breeder is notified immediately by Purchaser via both phone and email along with a written letter and phone consult from the diagnosing veterinarian. Veterinary records must be provided & kitten must be returned to Breeder for a refund to be offered within the first 72 hours from purchase. There are NO refunds due to allergies, incompatible pairings with other pets, or any other reasons not pertaining to the 72 hour health guarantee.
- Agree to never euthanize said cat/kitten without consent from Breeder & to contact my Breeder right away if any serious health problems arise so the appropriate plan of action may be discussed.
- Understand health insurance for new cat/kitten is strongly recommended so he/she will be covered in case of an emergency or unexpected illness & assume all financial responsibility if you fail to do so.
- Avoid declaw procedures on any kitten/cat & topical flea medications on sphynx.
- Always keep a litter box available. failure to do so may result in inappropriate marking or defecation.
- Always keep quality food and water available for said cat/kitten.
- Do not let said cat/kitten free roam outdoors (safe enclosed catios are ok).
- Never sell, give away, trade, or rehome, said cat/kitten. Cat/kitten is to be surrendered back to breeder if for any reason throughout it's life Purchaser can not keep.
- Said cat/kitten shall never get vaccines for FIP, FIV, FELINE LEUKEMIA. Purchaser understands breeder is not responsible for any reactions caused by medication of ANY kind.
- Breeder is NOT accountable for ANY bacterial, viral, infectious diseases, or parasites after the 72-hour health guarantee. Purchaser understands that all animals in the home need to be health tested for ANY bacterial, viral, infectious diseases, and parasites before said cat/kitten is brought into the home.
